Books: hardcover editions are sold, shipped and delivered by Amazon under Amazon's own shipping and returns terms. The digital download (EPUB + PDF for Violent Heart, PDF for Combat Mind) is delivered by Gumroad right after purchase. Fuel, audio, merch and gear are coming soon and are not shipping yet; the terms below are our planned policy for when they launch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

- ›Audio: 30-day return window. Must include all accessories and original packaging.
- ›Apparel: Unworn with tags attached. Exchanges available for size swaps.
- ›Books: Hardcover via Amazon; EPUB + PDF (Violent Heart) and PDF (Combat Mind) via Gumroad.
FAQ
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it on our carrier's website to track your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Physical products are not shipping. Amazon handles shipping for hardcover books, and the digital editions are available worldwide. We will confirm international shipping for merch and gear at launch.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, they enter our fulfillment queue.
